Bob Braun, co-founder of Evolution Real Estate Coaching, brings over 32 years of invaluable experience to the real estate industry. His journey has been marked by significant accomplishments, including being a top-performing agent and owning several successful real estate enterprises in Orange County, California. Known for his depth of knowledge in transactions, mortgage, escrow, and insurance, Bob has been a guiding light in the industry. His dedication to mentoring and developing agents has shaped the careers of many top professionals. A graduate of Loyola Marymount University, Bob is a proud lifelong resident of Southern California, currently residing in Coastal Orange County.
Meet Christina
Christina Harmon, a lifelong Californian and a graduate of UC Irvine, co-founded Evolution Coaching with a deep-seated passion for the real estate industry. With over 10 years of experience and a successful tenure at Sotheby’s International, Christina has excelled in high volume sales across six counties. She founded The Harmon Agency, a concierge brokerage firm in Laguna Beach, offering full-service brokerage and in-house design services. Her commitment to integrity, authenticity, and seamless deal execution has garnered a loyal clientele, many of whom now seek her expertise for additional home purchases and investment properties. Christina’s success as a 2nd generation broker and investor showcases her understanding of real estate wealth building and passive income generation.
Our Story
The Evolution Coaching journey began a decade ago when Bob Braun, an established figure in real estate, took Christina Harmon under his wing. Christina, then an emerging talent, was keen to learn from the best. Under Bob's tutelage, she honed her skills, leading to the successful launch of her own brokerage, The Harmon Agency. The mentor-mentee relationship evolved into a partnership founded on mutual respect and a shared vision. Recognizing the impact of their combined expertise, Bob and Christina decided to establish Evolution Coaching. Their goal: to offer unparalleled coaching to real estate agents feeling lost or unsupported, helping them achieve extraordinary success and fulfillment in their careers.
